Christine A. McDougall, President

For over 30 years, Christine A. McDougall has provided financial business management and consulting services to corporate executives, trustees, entertainment professionals, and business owners. She began her career as a production accountant and assistant auditor for CBS/MTM Twilight Zone Productions and other entertainment companies. Christine later worked directly with the Senior VP of Royalties at MCA Records and served as the Controller for a major real estate litigation law firm before expanding her expertise to real property management and technology solutions.

In January 1997, Christine founded KM Management, Inc., offering accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and business management services. Over the years, she has built a diverse and growing client base, now specializing in family office business management, fiduciary liaison services, strategic business consulting, and controller services. She works with a wide range of industries, including law and accounting firms, entertainment companies, homeowner associations, and real estate investment partnerships.

Christine’s expertise spans corporate accounting, estate management, financial oversight, and operational strategy. Prior to launching KM Management, Inc., she led the business management department at a CPA firm, served as a law firm controller, and developed processes for accounting, entertainment production audits, property management, and IT services.
